Restoration

For years I have been dedicating myself to acoustic adjustments. I do it with patience and concentration in listening to the voice of the instrument and that of the musician. It is a work that cannot be separated from the presence of the player and his way of interpreting and perceiving his own sound.
I also deal with the maintenance of all bowed instruments and bows (rehairing, replacement of silver, leather, mother-of-pearl, etc.). In addition to this type of work, I also commit to more in-depth restoration activities. Among these: crack repair, soundpost patch, neck graft, restoration of peg box, peg bushing, doubling or reconstruction of the edges, restoration of damage caused by woodworms, varnish retouch.
Below is a summary of the main interventions.
